Creative Entrepreneur Coach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story will make all the difference.
In a world that is filled with options, you have to set yourself, your ideas and your business apart but how do you do this? For some the daunting task of managing a home, working a 9-5 and being a parent is enough to keep you feeling constantly overwhelmed. Most days figuring out what’s for dinner is hard enough let alone sustaining and growing a business.
Kaiy Smith-Biesman, a mother of two and the owner of Stems, Pasadena Picnic Co. and Arroyo Collective, knows this struggle all to well and had many sleepless nights trying to figure out how to make it all work.
After a few years of running a successful direct sales wine business, where she was not only one of the top recruiters but was also the top in Leadership Development in the entire company in 2021, she opened Stems. Stems is a fully licensed and insured Cheese and Charcuterie Board based out of Pasadena, CA that she not only sustained during the pandemic but grew over 400% during these unstable times. And if that wasn’t enough, she opened Pasadena Picnic Co, a luxury picnic company and Arroyo Collective, a supper club and marketplace that focuses on creating intimate dining experiences while highlighting incredible local female entrepreneurs.
Now after opening three successful businesses in the food and hospitality industry, she has decided to allow her team take the reigns so she can focus on her greatest passion: coaching. She is ready to share all her secrets and help other female entrepreneurs in the food and hospitality industry take their passion to the next level.
She is focused on working with individuals who are ready to scale up their business, expand their active income and help them find ways to attain passive income.
