Kaiy Smith-Biesman is a mama to two littles, chef and sommelier, as well as the entrepreneurial force behind Stems, an LA based catering and private cheffing company. She is also the founder of Business BoostHER, a community dedicated to mentoring women in the hospitality industry. With her Chapman University degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Kaiy has always aimed to build a business that not only paves the way for success but also contributes positively to her community. She achieves this by partnering with underrepresented artisans from the BIPOC, womxn, and other marginalized communities, elevating their work and voices. Before launching her own venture, Kaiy spent a decade in Sales and Hospitality, where she consistently earned accolades for being the top salesperson in the Southern California region and for her exceptional leadership skills. Today, she channels her experience into mentoring hundreds of women annually, guiding many to achieve six-figure businesses and implement effective systems for growth and expansion.
